ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don't need an account to place an order. Customer accounts are offered as an option to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, and view and track your orders in your account.

What payment methods are accepted?

Here is a list of accepted payment methods: 

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Shopify Pay, Paypal, Google Pay
  • Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Etheruem, Litecoin
How do I use discount codes?

If you have a discount code, you can enter it at checkout.

Discounts using a link should be automatically applied

How do I track my order?

Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been fulfilled.

Optionally, after placing an order you can sign up for order updates through text on the order completion page.

SHIPPING

How do you ship stickers, pins, and charms?
  • Stickers are placed in a cellophane bag and packaged in a paper envelope with card stock backing.
  • Charms are wrapped in bubble wrap, placed in a cellophane bag, and packaged in waterproof bubble mailers to ensure they arrive to you safely.
  • Enamel pins are placed onto a card stock backing, placed in a cellophane bag, and packaged in waterproof bubble mailers to ensure they arrive to you safely.

  • Small products are sent by me personally :)

    Please note that if you order large items along with small ones, they may be shipped separately due to different packaging needs to ensure your order arrives safely and undamaged.

    How do you ship tote bags and other larger products?

    Larger products such as tote bags are designed by me, but printed and shipped by Printful and will arrive in poly mailers or cardboard boxes. Prints will be packaged in mailing tubes or rigid mailers inside a sealed cellophane bag. Please note that some larger products may arrive separate from other small products due to shipping from different locations.

    Please note also that if you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately due to different packaging needs to ensure your order arrives safely and undamaged.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes! I do my best to offer shipping worldwide but if you notice that shipping is not available to your location for some reason, please email me either at natasha@natashaho.com or through my contact form and I will figure out the shipping details.

    How long does shipping take and do you offer tracking?

    Tracking is included for all orders at no extra charge :)

    Small products that I ship personally will be packaged and shipped within 1-4 days business days of your order. I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but shipping times may vary slightly based on your location and delays at customs.

  • Products such as tote bags are printed individually each time an order is made. Tote bags and other similar products typically take between 2-5 business days for fulfillment, and shipping times are added on top of that. I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but shipping times may vary slightly based on your location and delays at customs.

  • What about customs?

    Please note that due to customs being out of my control, you will be responsible for any customs charges on your orders and I will not be responsible for delays due to customs.


    RETURNS AND OTHER ISSUES

    Return policy

    If you are not 100% happy with your order, I gladly accept returns. If you would like to return an item, please contact me either at natasha@natashaho.com or through my contact form before sending the item back.

    • Please contact me within: 14 days of delivery
    • Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

     

    Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. How you receive your refund will be based on your payment method as listed below.

    Payment Methods:

  • Credit card: The refund will appear in your account in 5 to 10 business days.
  • Paypal: The refund will be processed in 5 to 10 business days.
  • Google Pay: The refund will be processed in 3 to 10 business days.
  • Gifts: If the item was a gift shipped directly to you, you can choose between an exchange or a discount code worth the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
  •  

    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition (unless returning due to damaged items), the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

     

    The following items can't be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items (unless they arrive defective or damaged):

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Sale items
  • Do you accept cancellations?

    I try to ship my orders out as soon as possible, so unfortunately once an order has been placed, I do not typically accept cancellations. If there is an urgent issue (such as a wrong address) please get in touch with me and I’ll correct if I haven’t sent it out yet.

    I haven't received my order yet and it is past the estimated delivery date.

    Please allow a few extra days in case the delay is due to a problem at the post office or a delay at customs as that is out of my control. If after a few extra days of waiting and you have still not received your order, please email me either at natasha@natashaho.com or through my contact form and I will do my best to figure out where your order is.

    My order arrived damaged.

    I do my best to ensure that your order is in perfect condition and packed correctly when it leaves my hands. However, if I missed an issue or if it got damaged in the mail, please email me either at natasha@natashaho.com or through my contact form and we can work out either a return, refund, or exchange based on your individual situation. I’m sorry for the inconvenience!

    • I may require photos of the damage for insurance purposes so please do not throw the item(s) or the packaging away.
